One of the greatest gifts a parent can give their Children is good education. I believe we at York International School, have established a sole objective of providing the best possible education leaving no stones unturned.

Everything we do at York International School is focused towards the betterment of our students in all fields of life. We know that the "wealth of knowledge is unequalled" and we are dedicated to making our students knowledgeable in several fields.

Education is not only about academics. Academic Excellence is important but so are Sports, Arts, Crafts and Dance. Schooling should be about independent development of each child with focus on identifying latent talent (through VISION) and encouraging it (through DILIGENCE) to achieve EXCELLENCE.

York International School have consistently produced many best results for academic and non-academic activities. Each year our student’s face O/Ls and the best O/Ls results were 9A’s and all our students gets qualified for A/Ls. Every year, more than 600 York Students win awards at academic competitions such as BAFA and many non-academic achievements are awarded to York students.

We have a talented, dedicated, caring team of staff, each of whom works very hard to ensure that the abilities of the children in our care are nurtured and carefully developed. Our teachers are qualified, experienced, and work as a team to make the school a very special place, every day, for your child.

York International School, from its inception has been doing its Highest Potential to provide its students with the best possible facilities. As a School, we have promised our Parents to provide the upmost number of Facilities every year in order to improve Standards of our Schools. One of the biggest expansions is our York International School Sapugaskanda Branch during year 2016. We have invested Large Sums of Money to expand our Main Branch at York International School Sapugaskanda. We have constructed a Three Floored Building with New Office Rooms, New Preschool Section Classrooms, New Upper School Classrooms and a 15,000sqft Auditorium. We have also bought a new 3 Acre Ground at Sapugaskanda and is starting to commence a Cricket Academy on January 2017.

In such manner, we as one whole School have a target, of providing Opportunities for our students to develop their skills in Sports like Cricket, Athletics, Swimming, Basketball, Football, Badminton, Table Tennis and Chess at our Own Premises.

We proudly express ourselves towards saying that we have our Own Ground located at Sapugaskanda where our York Students will be able to play out various Sporting Activities such as Cricket, Football, and Athletics and so on. We likewise have arrangements to begin a Sports Academy at our Own Grounds for each of our Students to get involved in Sports.

Another of its main ventures towards providing the students with further facilities is the Auditorium at York International School Sapugaskanda where the Annual Concert will be held.

The Auditorium is one of the Largest in the Country with a seating capacity of 1000 - 1500 seats and of 15,000 sqft. This belongs to all three branches and can be used by any student at any of our branches.

We have Plans and will bring down a University for all our students Higher Education and we assure to give your child the best Academic Education as well as a Variety of Sporting Activities.
